Welcome to Canyon Sky ENT, the NEW office of Dr. Maulik B. Shah. We are thrilled that you have found us online. Dr. Shah is a board-certified otolaryngologist specializing in comprehensive ear, nose, and throat care. He treats the full spectrum of ENT disorders for patients of all ages. He has been practicing in the East Valley for over 10 years and was recognized in 2022 as a Top Doctor in his field by Phoenix Magazine.

Canyon Sky ENT opened on October 1, 2018 at the corner of Cooper and Pecos roads in Chandler. It is a state of the art facility where patients receive thorough examinations, procedures, pre- and post- operative visits, audiograms, and hearing aid sales.

If you are a previous patient of Dr. Shah’s, the former practice is the custodian of your medical records. To comply with patient privacy, a request must be sent authorizing them to release them to Canyon Sky ENT.
